I wish to write about the AMPROBE PY-1A Voltage tester you can test either AC / DC voltages.AC from 120 volts to 480 volts. DC voltages from 160 volts to 480 volts. It’s easy one hand operation makes it a wonderful tool for everyone from the beginner to seasoned electrician.The AMPROBE PY- 1A also has four neon indicator lights for easy identification of the voltage level that your working with. Simple and easy to use
I work in maintenance and need something that is affordable and easy to use. This meter was easy to use and helps me to detect voltage when i need to turn things off. One thing i really lile is that the probes can be held by the meter which allows me to look at the meter. The probe holders were positioned perfectly to test an outlet.

This product is a great value, accurate and a handy alternative to carrying around a meter to test exposed parts of system. Between this and a dummy stick it’s easy to confirm voltage is present or off! Recommended
