I wish to write about the AMPROBE PY-1A Voltage tester you can test either AC / DC voltages.AC from 120 volts to 480 volts. DC voltages from 160 volts to 480 volts. It’s easy one hand operation makes it a wonderful tool for everyone from the beginner to seasoned electrician.The AMPROBE PY- 1A also has four neon indicator lights for easy identification of the voltage level that your working with. The built in test leads holder and the fact that the entire probe is small enough to fit in your pocket are like icing on the cake. Everyone shoulder own at least one of these , you will be happy that you do..

Simple and easy to use
I work in maintenance and need something that is affordable and easy to use. This meter was easy to use and helps me to detect voltage when i need to turn things off. One thing i really lile is that the probes can be held by the meter which allows me to look at the meter. The probe holders were positioned perfectly to test an outlet.
