Great Simple Tester
This tool is ideal for the tinkerer. It is not complicated enough to get you in trouble, but will provide all the functions you need. You can test batteries or test and fix your hot water heater. I just finished creating a new wiring harness for my tractor and used this tool to check all the lines along the way.

Great Product Highly Suggest
Purchased this tester for my backing element in my oven, so I wouldnt make multiple trips to the appliance store to have parts tested. This tester worked perfect, found the issue and fixed it the first time!!!!! I have also used it for my clothes dryer to find the bad part, and am using it this weekend to fix my neighbors dryer.

Does what is supposed to do
I found the LCR55A to be accurate when measuring inductor/capacitor/resistance values. Have not yet tried other functions. Easy to use, easy to read. Using mainly for checking components in old antique radios.
