    One of the original

A must for any electrician is a basic wire tracer. Would you like to run up and down steps trying to find that unmarked breaker, scream up and down the steps to your partner saying is “That it” or spend extra money on a pair of radios so you can seem somewhat professional. Or, just buy one tool and find it the first time every time?

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

Perfect use for Health Care use.

I have been working in Health Care Facilities for 20 plus years. I have used different manufactures tracing devices. I can not stress the importance of the accuracy of tracing, identifying the correct circuit or circuitry. By far I depend on the Amprobe CT-326-C tracer 100% every time. Using the 326 we have not accidentally turned off the wrong circuit once. I highly recommend this product.

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

    Go to tracer

Working in mostly industrial settings, it is crucial to correctly identify the circuit you are to be working on without affecting other pieces of equipment.
The tracer is accurate and reliable and gives a true signal when identifying electrical circuits.

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

    Amprobe 326

Best tool an electrician could have. Have been using this tool for over 25 years and would never be without one. Takes the guess work out of finding circuits in large commercial buildings.

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

Love this product I have had mine for years

I have used others but this one is the best I love this one and use mine all the time. Amp robe makes top of the line tools that last a lifetime like I said mine is 25 years old and still works like new but I also take very good care of my tools .

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

Do not purchase this product! I have two older models that work awesome so I purchased a new unit for a new location and it is terrible. The two red buttons are hard to push and keep pushed as you scan the breakers in a panel. The probe is constantly shutting off since the button is not making contact or something inside. Amprobe tech support claims to have not heard of issues with this unit. I bought this in 2019 but it has a serial number of 2018 so its now out of warranty and cannot be returned. I doubt it is worth trying to repair as they charge about $350 flat fee. I should not have let it sit around for so long before looking into a solution. When the button is pushed and the probe is working, its still the best locator out there for individual circuits in a panel, but sadly, its been cheapened up on the buttons.
